H. Randolph Glennon H. Randolph Glennon is President and Owner of Eastern Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. He has provided valuation and advisory services related to real estate for more than twenty-five years. His earlier specialties were Appraisal and Appraisal Review.

Ran  previously earned and held in good standing the following professional designations:

  • MAI. This Appraisal Institute designation is earned by commercial and general real estate valuation professionals demonstrating the highest standards of education, experience, expertise and ethics. The MAI is held by professionals who can provide a wide range of services relating to all types of real property, services such as opinions of value, evaluations, review, consulting and advice regarding investment decisions, and others.
  • AI-GRS. The Appraisal Institute has also established professional appraisal review designations in response to the growing and critically important role that appraisal review plays in risk management and mitigation for many clients and users of appraisal services. This new designation program is aimed at providing professional reviewers with the knowledge and skills needed. The AI-GRS is held by professionals who can provide reviews of appraisals of a wide range of property types including commercial, industrial, agricultural, residential, vacant land and others.
  • CRE. The Counselors of Real Estate is a membership organization whose CRE designation is a capstone of professional achievement. Membership is extended by invitation only. Real estate advisors must be recognized by their peers, clients, employers and the marketplace for the scope of their professional expertise, acknowledged leadership, exceptional judgment and unwavering integrity. Real estate counseling is a process that requires an extensive range and depth of knowledge, technical competency, unbiased analysis, critical inquiry and trust. Its purpose is to provide objective guidance that achieves results in the best interests of a client or employer. CREs respect client confidentiality and adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice.

Ran  has an MBA with a concentration in real estate. Any associates of the firm have or are candidates for MAI designation, signifying excellence and affiliation with the nation’s foremost appraisal organization. The firm is committed to upholding the strict ethical requirements of the Appraisal Institute and The Counselors of Real Estate. All have required state licenses. Associates collectively contribute broad and extensive experience in many related real estate disciplines in addition to appraising.
