Eastern Appraisal & Consulting (“EAC”) is one of the oldest and most experienced firms in the region. It was founded in 1975 to provide real estate valuation, appraisal review and advisory services throughout New England. Extensive experience in research and analysis distinguishes EAC products. H. Randolph Glennon, President, is a former CRE member of Counselors of Real Estate, MAI and AI-GRS member of the Appraisal Institute, and has an MBA with a real estate concentration. Ran has more than 25 years of real estate appraisal review, finance, valuation and consulting experience for varied clients and purposes. He currently offers wide ranging real estate
analysis and consulting services, excluding appraisals.
The goal is to help clients make sound decisions based on the well-supported opinions of seasoned professionals. Independent, timely, reliable, cost-effective analyses and reports are offered. The company is committed to the integrity, service and excellence our clients deserve. Answers to many real estate questions do not require an appraisal, and so consulting is the most important service offered. Objective use of experience and technical competency provides unbiased advice and guidance in pursuit of clients’ best interests. Strict privacy and confidentiality in client relationships are maintained.

All prior appraisal work has complied with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (“USPAP”), the Uniform Appraisal Standards For Federal Land Acquisitions (“Yellow Book”), Interagency Appraisal Guidelines, and other regulatory authorities. The firm has faithfully adhered to the Appraisal Institute Code of Professional Ethics.
