This firm does everything possible to protect every client’s personal and financial information. We diligently and faithfully maintain the confidentiality and security of each client’s non-public information in compliance with USPAP and Code of Ethics requirements. Physical and electronic access and security policies are in place. Access is limited to only those who have a legitimate reason to know in carrying out assignments for the client. Records, information and work files are retained as long as reasonably necessary and as required by USPAP. We may use this non-public personal or corporate information to conduct valuation and consulting services for the client, but do not disclose it to anyone unless allowed or required by law or permitted by the client.
